Melissa’s Six Bean Medley is a flavorful combination of white kidney, cranberry, white navy, red kidney, black beans, and black-eyed that is ready to eat warm or cold right out of a convenient vacuum sealed pouch.

Serve cold in salads or as a unique bean dip.

Designed for quick preparation, the pouch can be heated on a stovetop by immersing in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or microwave by simply piercing three small holes in the package.

Use The Medley as a base for deliciously rich minestrone soup or simply sauté with garlic and olive oil, then toss with pasta for a colorful one dish meal.

No artificial colors or flavors or preservatives, beans are a great source of fiber and provide 10 grams of protein per 2/3 cup serving.
