The royal purple color is rarely found in radishes so they make a beautiful garnish or addition to multi-colored radish mixes. Slice or grate into a fresh salad for a unique color and great flavor.

Choose firm radishes that are not spongy, which is a sign of age. Radishes will keep well in the refrigerator if they are placed in a plastic bag in order to maintain high humidity for two weeks.
