Inspired by wine flights, where patrons experience a tasting flight of multiple varietals, our Dragon Fruit Tropical Flight™ offers an opportunity to discover the unique flavor profiles and vibrant colors of each dragon fruit variety.

Mellow in flavor but visually striking, dragon fruit (also known as pitaya) is an exotic fruit with a delicately sweet and mildly acidic taste, reminiscent of watermelon, pineapple and kiwi.

White Dragon Fruit: pleasantly mild sweetness with a cream-colored interior.
Red Dragon Fruit: medium-high sugar content and a deep red-colored interior.
Yellow Dragon Fruit: the sweetest of all varieties with a translucent white interior with larger seeds than the other two varieties.

Dragon fruit flavor is more intense when it is cold and best enjoyed chilled, right out of the skin.

Ripe fruit will give slightly to gentle pressure. To ripen fruit, leave at room temperature for 1-2 days. Refrigerate ripe fruit in crisper drawer up to 3 or 4 days.
