Blueberries have one of the highest amounts of antioxidants than any other fruit. That antioxidant content does not change between fresh, frozen or dried berries.

Since the drying process does remove most of water content, dried berries are much sweeter due to a very high sugar content. For cooking purposes, use half the amount of dried blueberries than fresh.

Organic blueberries are grown with no chemical pesticides or fungicides and third party certified as being organically grown in accordance with the guidelines mandated by the USDA's Organic Foods Production Act of 2002.

Dried berries can be stored for three months in a sealed container in a cool dark, dry pantry. Keep out of sunlight.
