Black Muscato™ grapes are bursting with flavor, packed with sugar, and are high in antioxidants due to their darker color. With flavor notes of currant and plum, Black Muscatos™ have a similar taste to a classic Concord, minus the seeds. Due to their complexity in taste, Black Muscatos™ are great for making sauces and sauce reductions.
Additionally, like all grapes, they are a convenient and healthy eat out-of-hand fruit.
Melissa's Muscatos™ grapes can be wrapped in a paper towel in a plastic bag for one week in the refrigerator.
