1/2 ounce dried Porcini mushrooms
4 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
Salt, to your taste
Reconstitute dried mushrooms in 1 cup warm water for 30 minutes, following package directions. Drain and chop mushrooms, reserving liquid.
Heat 3 cups of chicken broth to boiling point, then add mushrooms and reserved liquid. Simmer for 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add green onions and season with salt.
