Ingredients

12 1/3 ounces organic tofu, firm, drained, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup organic carrots, sliced

1/2 cup scallions, sliced

1/2 cup organic celery, sliced

2 cups Basmati and Wild Rice Pilaf, cooked

1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
Marinate tofu in sauce for 1 hour.
Sauté tofu in hot oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
Stir-fry vegetables on medium heat until tender.
Add rice and tofu, mix well. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
