2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
8 oz. Melissa’s Shishito Peppers
1 oz. packet of Togarashi Sauce
Heat the oil in a sauté pan and add the peppers in a single layer.
Sauté, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are evenly charred, about 4-6 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the Togarashi Sauce and toss to coat the peppers.
