1 head Petite Baby Choy Sum, washed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves Elephant Garlic, minced
4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
Rinse Petite Choy Sum and dice or just keep whole.
In a wok or pan, heat olive oil until just smoking. Add garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Toss to coat well with oil.
Add Choy Sum and celery stir-frying several more minutes.
Serve alone or over hot noodles with soy sauce.
