Ingredients

4 large Organic Russet Potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed

2 pounds Banana Squash, cooked and mashed

1/2 cup scallions, minced

4 tablespoons butter
-
2 tablespoons thyme, minced

Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Paprika
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Place in a greased casserole dish and dust with additional paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes to heat through.
