Salt and pepper

Optional: Red Hatch Chile Powder (sprinkle to taste)
Directions
Toss veggies with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Heat grill pan until smoking.
Grill veggies and flip over until desired doneness and/or grill marks have been achieved.
Cool veggies on sheet pan.
Arrange veggies on a platter and serve with hummus.
