2 corn cobs (use yellow corn)
2 ears corn cobs (white corn)
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon Pico de Gallo Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper (if desired)
Prepare the BBQ grill. Peel back the corn husks and remove the silks.
Re-cover the cobs with the husks and place on the grill.
Cook until slightly charred. Peel back the husks, brush with butter and sprinkle with seasonings.
I like to add grated parmesan cheese to mine.
