2 tablespoons peanut oil or broth
1½ cup organic broccoli florets
1 bunch Chinese leeks, washed and cut into 2-inch julienne strips
In a wok or frying pan, heat oil or broth.
Add Melissa’s Chinese leeks and broccoli florets, stirring constantly until tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
