1 medium Cauliflower Head
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/8 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Melissa’s Red Hatch Pepper Powder
1 pouch Melissa’s 4 Cheese Sauce
Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Wash and dry the cauliflower.
Cut 2 (3/4-inch thick) slices from the center of the head. Reserve the florets that fall from the sides for future use.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with the olive oil. Place the steaks onto the baking sheet, spray with the olive oil and season with half of the spices. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip them over. Spray them again with the olive oil and season them with the rest of the spices. Bake them for 10-15 minutes longer or until fork tender.
Heat the sauce according to the pouch directions, drizzle over the steaks and serve.
