Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar (plus 2 teaspoons)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon celery seed

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

4 cups organic cabbage, shredded

1 medium Asian pear (apple pear), chopped

1/4 cup organic red bell pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped

3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine first seven ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour sour cream mixture over cabbage ingredients. Toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate before serving.
