1 package Melissa’s Steamed Blackeyed Peas
1 package Melissa’s Chickpeas
½ cup olive oil
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Garlic Salt
½ tsp Salt
2 cloves Melissa’s Peeled Garlic (roasted for better flavor)
3 tablespoons water
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until completely homogenous and smooth.
Scoop into bowl and enjoy with your favorite veggies or pita chips!
