Ingredients

4 large tortillas

8 leaves Organic Romaine Lettuce
-
1 pound lean roast beef, sliced thin
-
1/4 cup Pepperoncini Peppers, sliced
-
1 Organic Bell Pepper, use red Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced thin

2 cloves peeled garlic, minced

1 can black olives, sliced

Alfalfa sprouts (4 ounces package)

1 large organic tomato, seeded and sliced thin

8 slices low-fat Swiss cheese

Fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
Brush the tortillas with the wrap dressing. Make sure to cover the entire surface all the way to the edges.
Place 2 lettuce leaves across the bottom edge. Now place one-fourth of each of the next 8 ingredients on top of the lettuce.
Season with salt and pepper. Roll it up as tight as possible, cut in half and place on a serving plate. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
