Powdered sugar for dusting, to taste

Dessert Sauces (use Raspberry Dessert Sauce) as needed
Directions
In a sauce pot, heat the juice to a boil and melt the butter, stirring constantly.
Add the flour and continue to stir until the mixture forms a ball and doesn't stick to the side of the pot.
Remove from the heat and stir in the eggs one at a time.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or tall pot.
Form the dough into small diameter, 2-inch long fritters.
Fry the fritters until golden brown and drain them on paper towels.
To Plate
Place 3 ramekins with the dessert sauces on a serving plate.
Place the fritters on the plate and dust them with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Note
Make sure that the oil is not too hot or the fritters will cook too fast on the outside and be uncooked in the center.
