1 package phyllo dough
1/3 cup margarine, melted
4 tablespoons orange marmalade
4 cups Melissa's Fresh Fruit (peaches, apples, plums, nectarines, South African Baby Pineapples)
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup matzo meal or bread crumbs
Egg or oil, to your taste
Roll out dough according to directions. Sprinkle dough with melted margarine and marmalade, then add fruit, sugar, cinnamon, almonds and matzo meal or crumbs.
Roll as directed. Put into a lightly greased pan, brush with diluted egg whites or a bit of oil and bake in a 350-degree oven about an hour or until golden.
