5 apples, peeled and sliced (or Asian Pears)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 9 inch x 9 inch square baking pan and set aside.
Blend all the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake in oven about 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
