A refreshing light melon flavored cocktail perfect for Halloween or any full moon!
1 Kiwano Melon
1 oz. tequila
½ oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Key lime juice (1-2 pieces)
Ice
Halve Kiwano Melon and reserve one slice for garnish. Scoop out remaining seeds into a blender.
Add Kiwano melon seeds, tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice and ice to blender and blend.
Serve drink garnished with Kiwano slice.
