Ingredients

16 ounces organic tofu (use soft tofu)

8 ounces soy milk (use vanilla soy milk)

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cup soy ice cream (use vanilla soy ice cream)

2 baby bananas, peeled and sliced

2 tablespoons Dessert Sauce, chocolate
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Serve in tall glass.
Recipe Note
Baby Bananas may be substituted with Burro, Manzano or Red Bananas.
