Ingredients

1 baguette, cut into 15-20 slices, toasted

2 cups grapes from Melissa’s Bi-Color Muscatos™ Grapes, halved

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Kosher salt, to taste

6 oz. goat cheese, softened

¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese

Fresh, chopped basil, for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
In a bowl, gently toss the grapes, olive oil and salt together.
Place the grapes, in a single layer, on a baking sheet and place them in the oven.
Roast the grapes for 10-15 minutes or until the grapes just start to wilt.
Remove from the oven and let cool a bit.
Spread the goat cheese on the baguette slices.
Place a couple of the grape halves on top, and some Bleu cheese crumbles and garnish with the fresh basil.
