Hatch peppers, grown exclusively in the Mesilla Valley near Hatch, New Mexico, are considered to be some of the most flavorful peppers in the world. While available fresh for about a month in late summer, the uniquely rich taste of this special pepper is now available in dried form, both mild and spicy hot. Use in traditional Hispanic dishes such as Chile Con Queso and Chile Verde; also excellent as a flavoring for soups, stews and dips. These peppers can also be chopped and crushed for omelets or any dish you want a little extra flavor. Product of Hatch, New Mexico.
Store dried peppers in a sealed container at room temperature for up to one year without losing flavor.
